This November, YOU can join the world's largest teen game jam. Yes, you! It doesn’t matter if you have years of experience, or just learned what they are today.

You’ll join thousands of teens making games from all around the world. Don't consider yourself a game dev? No problem - we have tons of workshops for you to make your game!

This is your chance to learn something new, meet new friends, andgo on an incredible adventure together!

  • When will Haven Delhi take place?

    Haven Delhi will take place on November 14th and 15th.

  • How do I register?

    Registration details will be announced soon. Keep an eye on our Slack channel for updates!

  • Is Haven Delhi free?

    Yes! Haven is a free Hack Club event for teens.

  • I don't know how to make games. What should I do?

    Don't worry! You can start learning before the event and get familiar with a supported game engine. We have guides for Godot, which we recommend for beginners, but other engines are supported too as long as they meet the requirements above. We'll also have workshops at the venue to help you learn.You can find the Godot guide here.

  • What about food?

    As of now, all food is planned to be vegetarian. If you have dietary allergies or other dietary requirements, please let @Adhyys or @dsp know on Slack.You can also add your food and snack suggestions here.

  • How do I get updates?

    Join our #haven-delhi Slack channel for updates, announcements, and event discussions. We won't be using WhatsApp groups. Hack Club keeps event communication on Slack, email, and official social media to maintain strong privacy standards.

  • What if I have more questions?

    Join our Haven Delhi Slack channel and ask! You can also email us at [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]).

  • Where will Haven Delhi take place?

    The venue will be announced soon!

  • Who can participate?

    Haven Delhi is for teens aged 13-18. You don't need any previous game development experience to participate.

  • Can I use any game engine?

    Yes! You can use any game engine as long as it involves actual coding rather than block coding. Your game must also be able to produce a web build that can be uploaded to itch.io.

  • Will there be Wi-Fi?

    Yes! Wi-Fi will be available at the venue.

  • What about music?

    There will be music at Haven! Add your favorite artists to the music thread so we can see what everyone wants to hear.You can also join our Spotify Blend.

  • My parents aren't sure about letting me attend. What can I do?

    That's okay! If your parents have questions or concerns, let us know in the Haven Delhi Slack channel. We can help answer their questions and, if needed, arrange a conversation with them.If transportation or the distance is a concern, let us know as well and we'll see how we can help you figure out the logistics.

  • What if my parents want more information?
